Cut a length of material. Since I was only making a sample, this one was about 4" x 12"
Make a seam all the way down the material, make sure the wrong side is showing. Cut off a length of the material. About 4" long.
Turn the tube inside out, so the seam is hidden.
You will need a leaf, a wired floral pick, floral tape, and the "tube". Any crafts store will have all the supplies, as will Wal-Mart.
Tuck one end of the material into the tube to make a smooth edge.
Wire the tube and the leaf to the floral pick.
Wrap the stem in floral tape to disguise the wiring. Don't wrap all the way to the end of the pick if you're going to push it into styrofoam. If you're not going to push it into the foam, you can wrap all the way to the end. Be sure and stretch the floral tape as you go, it makes it stick to itself.
Fill with candy. Voila!!! You did it!! Favors or decorations you made yourself. Is that cool, or what? Cheap, simple, and anyone can make them!
